My career journey began with foundational experience in customer service with a major insurer in Sydney. I then spent over a decade in the corporate services area with the Department of Community Services, overseeing a team responsible for designing, printing, and distributing agency forms, brochures, and confidential reports.
Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, I meticulously handled inventory and internal orders and ensured timely production to meet exacting standards and deadlines. This role demanded detailed cost management, inventory control, and staff development in policies, practices, and systems—a testament to my unwavering commitment to excellence in business support.
From facilitating recruitment initiatives to training colleagues on business systems, my experience is diverse.
In 2016, I relocated from Sydney to Brisbane with my young family, leaving the security of full-time employment behind. I discovered the Virtual Assistant Industry and SMEs’ demand for business administration and management support. I retrained and specialised in Social Media Marketing for local small businesses. Then, I quickly moved into Online Business Management, where I partnered with creatives, digital marketing agencies, authors, and course developers, providing business strategy and support to clients across Australia.
I love working with established business mums, as I get you. I’m working in business just as you are and know what’s involved. And I love it when clients trust me and are ready to let go. That is where we create magic.

My family is my world, with two gorgeous girls who keep me busy, a wonderful supportive hubby, and three beautiful cat furbabies who love sitting on me while I’m working!
I believe balance in life is everything. I’m an avid tea drinker and love smashing a body combat class out at the gym. I’m a voice-over artist, and I met Tom Cruise when I was an extra on Mission Impossible! I’m social and love cocktails but l also love me time. I’m a better listener than a talker. I’m into yoga and bike rides. I love the beach and travelling. And I once abseiled the north pylon of the Sydney Harbour Bridge to raise money for charity.

Working with an Online Business Manager is not just a collaboration; it’s an investment in the growth and efficiency of your business.
Get ready to see your business thrive! When you work with me, you get me. I work with several clients, usually no more than 3-4 at one time. Pricing depends on the size of your business, the number of team members, and your goals and priorities.
Monthly Retainer Packages start from $2125 per month, and a minimum of three months is recommended to get the best out of working with an OBM.

- If we both feel good about everything, I will send you a customised Proposal for your review.
- Once you have selected your package, you will be sent my Service Agreement and first-month invoice.
- We can then lock you in for your onboarding call!
- During our first week of working together, you must allow up to 90 minutes for our Operational Review session. This session is part of your first-month retainer package and sets the scene for our success. Let’s accelerate getting to know your business so I can support you faster, and you can breathe sooner..
- After our session, I will begin to review everything and make some recommendations on what I think are our top 3 priorities to focus on in our first 90 days of working together.
- We will catch up to go through this plan, and if you’re okay with everything, we can get started!
